Terms of Service

1. What LuckyDucky is
LuckyDucky is a non-custodial web interface to permissionless on-chain programs on the Solana blockchain. We publish a launchpad UI, an indexer, and a keeper cron. We do not hold your private keys, your tokens, or your SOL at any point. Every transaction is signed by your own wallet and executes against publicly-auditable on-chain code.
2. Who may use LuckyDucky
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to interact with digital assets where you live. LuckyDucky is not offered to residents of jurisdictions where its use would be unlawful, including any country or person subject to OFAC sanctions. If you are uncertain, do not use the Service.
3. The lottery mechanics
Tokens launched through LuckyDucky include an on-chain hourly lottery funded by a portion of trading fees. A random holder is selected each UTC hour using a Solana block-hash seed, weighted by ticket count, and paid a share of the lottery pool. Tickets are earned only by buying (one ticket per $2 of USD-denominated buy volume, priced via Pyth). Sells do not earn tickets. Unused ticket leaders reset at 00:00 UTC daily. Complete program source is public and verifiable via the on-chain program id.
4. Tokens are not securities and carry no guarantees
Tokens launched through LuckyDucky are community-created memecoins. They have no inherent value, no redemption rights, no dividends, no revenue share, and no claim on any entity. They are NOT investments, securities, or financial products. Lottery prizes are denominated in SOL and paid from that token's own trading-fee pool — not from LuckyDucky, not from any entity.
5. Risks you accept by using LuckyDucky
By using LuckyDucky you acknowledge and accept:
- Digital assets are volatile. You can lose your entire balance.
- Lottery outcomes are probabilistic. Most participants do not win. Participation does not guarantee any return.
- The underlying Solana network, Meteora protocol, Pyth oracle, and your wallet software may fail, be compromised, or behave unexpectedly. LuckyDucky has no control over any of these.
- Smart-contract code may contain undiscovered bugs. Audits reduce but do not eliminate this risk.
- Transactions on Solana are final and irreversible. Wrong addresses, wrong amounts, and buyer's remorse are your own to bear.
6. No investment, legal, or tax advice
Nothing on LuckyDucky is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Consult your own qualified advisors before participating. You are solely responsible for any tax reporting or compliance obligations in your jurisdiction.
7. Platform fees
A 5% trading tax is collected by the underlying Meteora DBC pool for each token launched through this interface. Of the creator-claimable share, 50% funds the token's lottery pool, 25% goes to a platform treasury operated by LuckyDucky, and 25% goes to the wallet that launched the token. These splits are enforced on-chain and cannot be changed per token after launch.
8. Prohibited uses
You may not use LuckyDucky to launder funds, evade sanctions, violate any law, impersonate others, launch tokens whose name or image infringes IP or depicts illegal content, manipulate markets, or defraud other users. We reserve the right to refuse service or limit access at any time without notice.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LuckyDucky and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost tokens, lost SOL, or lost data, arising from or relating to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the greater of $100 USD or the fees you paid to LuckyDucky in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
